Cyrill Z’GRAGGEN works as an Investment Solutions Manager for Tramondo Investment Partners AG. In this role, he is responsible for supporting, advising, and developing institutional client relationships. He lends his expertise in managing, advising, and developing institutional client relationships, drawing on his rich professional experience in various facets of the industry.
Prior to joining Tramondo, Cyrill held the role of Customer Service Supervisor Premium & VIP Services at SWISS International Airlines/ Swissport Ltd at Zurich Airport. In this capacity, he honed his skills in managing customer relationships and providing top-tier services. Before this, he spent time in the USA and Greece, where he helped develop a security concept for a club in Los Angeles, and advised a hotel in Samos, establishing a limousine service for the hotel.
Prior to this, Cyrill was a Client Relationship Manager at Berenberg Bank (Schweiz) AG, where he was the primary contact for External Asset Managers, Multi- and Single Family Offices, and sophisticated private clients. Before that, he served as a Junior Sales Executive at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in Zurich, primarily handling foreign banks, independent asset managers, and single to multi-family offices. Pior to that, Cyrill held roles at Lienhardt & Partner Privatbank Zürich AG, GHP-Arbitrium AG, and Banque SCS Alliance (now Compagnie Bancaire Helvétique), where he developed his skills as a client advisor, trader, and junior portfolio manager./p>
Cyrill began his professional career with a bank apprenticeship at Bank Julius Bär, Zurich. He is also a holder of a Certificate for the Diploma Course from the Swiss Institute of Banking and Finance at the University of St. Gallen.
