Which ombudsman office is Tramondo affiliated with?

Tramondo is affiliated with FINOS, the Swiss financial ombudsman office recognised by the Federal Department of Finance (Talstrasse 20, 8001 Zurich). An ombudsman office is a neutral body that mediates between clients and financial service providers, at little or no cost to the client.
