Tramondo Investment Partners AG, Unter Altstadt 10, 6302 Zug, Switzerland, is responsible for processing personal data in connection with this website (www.tramondo.ch). If you have any questions about data protection, please write to info@tramondo.ch or call +41 41 710 76 76.
This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit our website, use one of its forms or contact us, for what purpose, and which rights you have. We process personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our client relationships are covered by separate agreements and documents.
Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Its server functions run in Vercel's data centre in Frankfurt (Germany); pages are delivered through Vercel's worldwide network. When you open a page, your browser automatically sends technical information, such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the address of the referring page, and your browser and operating system. Vercel uses this information to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks, and keeps it in short-lived server logs. We do not use it to identify you.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how our website is used, for example which pages are read most often. It works without cookies. It records the page visited, the referring page, the approximate location (country, region and city), and the type of device, browser and operating system. Visitors are not identified: instead of storing your IP address, a temporary value is derived from the request and discarded after 24 hours. We see only aggregated figures.
Our website sets no cookies. It uses your browser's own storage in two cases only:
You can contact us, request a Portfolio Health Check, send an enquiry as a relationship manager or sign up for our publications through forms on our website. We process the details you enter (for example your name, e-mail address, telephone number, your message and your choices in the form) only to answer your request or to send you the publications you asked for.
When you send a form, its content is passed to us as an e-mail. To send these e-mails we use Brevo, a service of Sendinblue SAS, 17 rue Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France, which processes the data on our behalf in the European Union. When you send the relationship manager form, you also receive a confirmation by e-mail. Our website does not store the content of the forms; the e-mail we receive is the only record. Please do not send account numbers or documents through a form.
If you sign up for the Market Compass or our fund factsheets, we add your e-mail address to our mailing list in the language you chose and send you the publications by e-mail. We send them with Mailchimp, a service of The Rocket Science Group LLC, Atlanta, USA, which processes your address on our behalf in the USA (see “Who receives your data” below). You can unsubscribe at any time, through the link in every e-mail or by writing to info@tramondo.ch.
If you write to us or call us, we process your details and your message to answer your request.
The factsheets, key figures and documents on our fund pages are provided by Anevis Solutions GmbH. Our server retrieves them; no data about you is passed to Anevis.
Our films are hosted by Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc., USA). A film page shows a still image; the Vimeo player is loaded only when you click play, and then in Vimeo's do-not-track mode. From that moment, Vimeo receives information such as your IP address. Some older films open on Vimeo or YouTube through a link. Vimeo's and YouTube's own privacy policies apply there.
The maps of our offices are images on our own website, made from OpenStreetMap data; Google Maps opens only if you click the directions link. Our fonts are served from our own website. Our website links to other websites, for example LinkedIn, the group company Dr. J. Bollag & Cie. AG and, for job applications, refline.ch. These websites are responsible for their own data processing; we have no influence on it.
We share personal data only with the service providers named in this policy, who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data. Some providers are based outside Switzerland, in the European Union or in the USA. We transfer data to the USA only on a recognised legal basis, such as the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose for which it was collected, or as long as the law requires us to keep it. We delete your e-mail address from our mailing list when you unsubscribe.
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Our website is delivered only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
You have the right to know which personal data we process about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. You can object to the processing and, where the law provides for it, ask for your data in a common electronic format. If you live in the European Union, you also have the rights under the GDPR, including the right to restrict processing. To exercise your rights, write to info@tramondo.ch. You can lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland or, in the European Union, with the data protection authority in your country.
We process data to answer your requests and to send the publications you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and your consent for publications, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and for our legitimate interest in a secure, well-functioning website and in understanding how it is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The version published here applies.
